  • NOTE: This website is a Bubble in the Bubble Map of the free-to-play, massively-multiplayer, online-and-offline, thoughtware-upgrade, matrix-building, personal-transformation, adventure-game called StartOver.xyz. It is a doorway to experiments that upgrade your thoughtware so you can relocate your point of origin and create more possibility. Your knowledge is what you think about. Your thoughtware is what you use to think with. When you change your thoughtware, you go through a liquid state as your mind reorganizes itself. Liquid states can bring up transformational feelings and emotions. By upgrading your thoughtware you build matrix to hold more consciousness and leave behind a low drama life of reactivity. No one can upgrade your thoughtware for you. More interestingly, no one can stop you from upgrading your thoughtware. Our theory is that when we collectively build 1,000,000 new Matrix Points we will change the morphogenetic field of the human race for the better. Please choose responsibly to read this website. Reading this whole website is worth 1 Matrix Point. Doing any of the experiments earns you additional Matrix Points. Please use Matrix Code MAKETIME.00 to log your Matrix Point for reading this website on StartOver.xyz. Thank you for playing full out!

  • You are a Timemaker

Map of timemaking. We are timemakers. Old: A person running from a rabid clock face trying to eat them 'tick, tock, tick, tock'. New: A person standing on a pedestal like a lion tamer in a circus, with a whip and a stick, facing a tamed clockface ready to obey.

    MY ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT TIME

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.01

Part of being human is the drive to create assumptions. You make assumptions about all kinds of things in your life. These assumptions kill the possibility of accessing infinite possibility in the present moment.

For example, I have an assumption that time is basically always linear, meaning that I expect that the past is always over and the future is not yet here. What expectations arise from your assumptions about time?

Turn to a new page in your BEEP! Book and write down 20 assumptions about time that your box and Gremlin represent. Also write down assumptions that seem quite natural to you.

Write down the expectations in the same way. Start each sentence with the words "I assume that...".

    STRICT RULES

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.02

You may have noticed after doing the first experiment above, that your assumptions are quite rigid. They create rules for your life.

Print out a mandala painting template from the Internet. Then color it in with crayons. Make sure that you do not paint over the edges. Be very precise and meticulous.

The point of this experiment is that you follow precise rules. The rules are the given lines. So always paint exactly to the edge of the lines, not on the lines and certainly not over them.

Do feelings/emotions appear? Start with the words "I feel anger/sadness/fear/joy because..."

Do memories emerge in you? Keep talking the whole time you are drawing.

Write the feelings, emotions, and memories in your BEEP! Book.

    DO NOT WAIT BUT CREATE

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.03

Waiting is a meaningless activity in a period of time that you can fill much more meaningfully. Even if you do something useful while waiting (crossword puzzle in the waiting room at the dentist), your main activity is still waiting (and you are sitting in a fucking waiting room, waiting). It's like when you crochet potholders while driving. Your real activity is driving. Instead, make a conscious choice about what you do during the time ECCO puts in your hands.

Make the decision that you will not wait anymore. Never again and for no one and nothing.

    EXACTLY ON THE MINUTE

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.04

You value your time as much as you are conscious about how you use it and in what increments. It might be that you plan your meetings for 1hour because that's just how you've always done it. If that is how it's been, then it might also be true that you allow yourself and others to be late by a few minutes or to go over time without saying anything.

Make appointments exactly to the minute for a whole week.

For example, make the time of the meeting exactly at 9:10am and end at 9:50am. Announce to the other person that you will be exactly on time, that you will not wait, and that the meeting will not take place if either of you is unpunctual.

Make sure your watch is accurate. If the other person is not on time and runs into you while you are leaving the arranged place because they are on their way there, explain that the meeting will not take place. Observe how high you have to drive your conscious anger to do this.

    SOMETHING LIKE THIS

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.05

This is a continuation of the previous experiment.

For a whole week, make all appointments with a time window of one hour. For example, make appointments between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. Observe how your Gremlin responds and pay attention to emotions and feelings.

What phrases / voices run through your head?

Who do the voices belong to? What tendencies do you have?

Do you tend to come in at the beginning of the hour or at the end? Why like this?

And when does the other person come? Do you have to wait? Choose not to wait and create instead.

What do you do / think / feel while you are standing there or making the other person stand there without you?

What do you perceive when you show up at the appointed place and the other person is already there / not there yet?

    ONE MONTH WITHOUT ALARM CLOCK

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.06

You have more resources within you to navigate time than just this one device called 'alarm clock' (this includes the one on your phone).

Do not use an alarm clock for a whole month. Put the alarm clock completely out of your sight during this time. Experiment with different possibilities.

    • Explain to your physical body when you want to wake up in the morning.
    • Explain to your Gremlin when you want it to wake you up in the morning.
    • Ask another person to wake you up.
    • Do nothing and wake up by yourself.

NOTE: Take responsibility for any effects this experiment has on you and others. Do not use the information that you are doing an experiment as an excuse.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS?

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.08

Don't use a clock for one day. No alarm clock, no wristwatch, no clock in your cell phone. Instead, orient yourself to other things.

    A few examples:

    - The position of the sun

    - The habits of the people around you (my neighbor always leaves the house at 7:10 am).

    - Store opening hours

    - The timetable of public transport

Take responsibility for all the effects that this experiment has on you and others.

Do not use the information that you are doing an experiment as an excuse.

Pay attention to what changes occur in your 5 bodies. What do you feel, how awake are you, how much fun are you having without a watch? How well can you stay centered?

    HOW LONG IS ONE MINUTE

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.07

Set the stopwatch to one minute and close your eyes.

Count aloud to 60. Are you faster or slower than the time?

Variation 1: Set the stopwatch for 2 minutes. Count to 60 so slowly that these 2 minutes have passed. So count half as slowly.

After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code MAKETIME.07 in your free account at StartOver.xyz. This Experiment is worth 1 Matrix Point.

    WHIZZ BANG

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.09

Whizz Bang several times a day on activities that normally take longer and you don't enjoy as much.

I'm talking about such things as kitchen chores, cleaning the bathroom, combing the fringe on the carpet, picking out the dog's fleas, or cleaning the gutters.

Open "a magical and extraordinary space of Whizz Bang" for such activities and do them in 3-5 minutes.

Initiate the Whizz Bang with the same peculiar body movement every time and the exclamation "Whizz Bang". You know how to do it.

    GAIN TIME

    Matrix Code MAKETIME.10

Set your watch ahead by 10 minutes. (Don't have a watch? Find ways to get a watch for a week).

Because you set your clock ahead, you keep creating time cushions of 10 minutes. Suppose you have a call at 7:00 pm. Your clock times 6.55 pm, so you click the zoom link and open the call. The other person doesn't arrive for 10 minutes. Wham! You've gained a 10 minute time cushion.

That's just the first part of the experiment. Now, instead of thinking about what's about to happen, here's what you do:

    - Get up from your chair, turn around, and take a step back. You're moving from "Whats next?" to "Whats now?"

Notice what is now. What are you feeling right now? Write the results in your BEEP!Book.

Do the first part of the experiment for a whole week. Do the second part of the experiment whenever you are given a cushion of time.

After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code MAKETIME.10 in your free account at StartOver.xyz. This Experiment is worth 1 Matrix Point.
